8 killed as bus hits lorry in Narayanganj

Eight passengers were killed and at least 30 injured as a bus hit a stationed lorry on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Narayanganj this afternoon.
The accident took place in Sonargaon upazila around 1:00pm, said District Traffic Police Inspector (admin) Molla Taslim Hossain.
All the deceased were passengers on the bus. Further details about the accident could not be known immediately.
