2 stabbed, shot dead in Noakhali

A fish trader and his nephew were stabbed and shot dead in Begumganj upazila of Noakhali early today.
Police identified the deceased as Mohammad Ali, 25, son of Solaiman; and his nephew M Robin, 20, son of Abudul Quader of Eklaspur village in the upazila, said police.
The incident took place on VIP road of Eklaspur village in the wee hours of today, the bangla daily adds.
The murder might have occurred due to the previous enmity.
