Youth held with arms in Chapainawabganj

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested a young man along with arms from Namochakpara border area in Shibganj upazila early Friday.

The arrestee was identified as Mosarraf Hossain Babu, 24, son of Azizul Haque.

Tipped off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive around 3:15 am and arrested Babu along with a pistol, six rounds of bullet and two magazines, said squadron leader Syed Abdullah Al Murad, camp commander of Rab-5.
