6 killed in Mymensingh road crash

Six people were killed as a bus crashed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Kashni of Tarakanda upazila on Friday afternoon.

The deceased could not be identified yet.

Mazharul Haque, officer-in-charge of Tarakanda Police Station, said the bus rammed the three-wheeler on Mymensingh-Haluaghat road around 3pm, leaving five passengers dead on the spot and another injured.

The injured died on the way to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.

All the victims were the inmates of the auto-rickshaw, including its driver.
