3 army personnel killed in Noakhali road crash

Three army personnel were killed and seven others injured in a road crash at Swarna Dwip in Noakhali on Friday.
The accident took place at Totarbazar area in the upazila around 3:30 pm.
The deceased were identified as Fayez, Mamun and Firoz. No further details of the incident were known immediately.
Acting officer in-charge (OC) of Char Jabbar Mohammad Sahed said a Jeep car carrying army personnel was heading towards Swarna Dwip Army training camp. The car collided against a roadside tree and fell down to a ditch as the driver lost control over the steering, he added.
