Obaidul Quader to undergo bypass surgery in Singapore next week

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader will undergo a bypass surgery in Singapore next week, party sources said.

A highly-placed party insider requested anonymity to say that the surgery will take place in four-five days.

The operation will be undertaken at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, where Quader was flown to yesterday after his condition stabilised.
