2 minors missing as boat capsizes in Buriganga

Two children, a brother and a sister, were missing as a boat capsized in the Buriganga river in the capital’s Sadarghat area on Friday morning.
The incident took place at around 7:00am.
The missing kids were identified as Meshkar, 12 and Nusrat, 5, daughters of Babul Faridi who is a resident of Keraniganj area.
Confirming the incident, Coast Guard Media Wing official Miraj Ahmed said on information, the members of the Coast Guard rushed to the spot and are trying to rescue the missing people.
