Efforts intensified to bring back fugitive killers of Bangabandhu: Quader

The Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today said diplomatic efforts have been strengthen for bringing the fugitive killers of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman back to Bangladesh so that the murderers get their deserved punishment.

“The government has strengthened its diplomatic efforts to pave the way for bringing back the killers of Bangabandhu who remain fugitive and have taken shelter in different countries,” he said.

Quader, also the Awami League General Secretary, was talking to the journalists after paying tribute to the family members of Bangabandhu in city’s Banani graveyard on the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day.
