Auto rickshaw snatched after killing its driver

Unidentified miscreants snatched auto rickshaw after killing its driver on Monday night in Mymensingh.
The deceased was identified as Mosharraf Hossen, 25, a resident of Ghagra union of Sadar upazila.
The incident took place around 10:30 pm at Charalpara area of middle Dapunia in the upazila.
The acting OC of Kotwali Model Thana confirming the matter said the youth was hacked to death. Police recovered a sharp knife and the key of the auto rickshaw from the area, he added.
The body was sent to the Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital for an autopsy.
Police could not detain anybody in this connection yet and no case was filed so far, the OC further said.
