Suspected JMB member held in Satkhira

The police arrested a suspected member of banned militant outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) from the town’s Bangal Mor area on Wednesday night, reports news agency UNB.
The arrestee is Selim Babu alias Tak Babu, 42, son of Tamij Uddin Sardar.
SI Billal Hossain of Sadar Police Station said: “Acting on a tip-off, a team of police raided the area and picked Selim Babu up around 8 pm. He is wanted in two cases filed over subversive activities.”
