KL arrests 750 Bangladeshis in 3 days

Malaysian authorities have arrested at least 750 Bangladeshis among 1,509 undocumented migrants in three days during crackdown on illegal foreign workers.
According to the immigration department of the Southeast Asian nation, the crackdown was launched on Friday midnight as the deadline for E-Card (enforcement card) registration expired on 30 June.
Rights activist Md Harun-or Rashid said that the Malaysian government was carrying out raids at every nook and corner to catch undocumented foreigners.
