AL to hail new polarization in politics before polls: Quader

Road Transport and Bridges Minister and ruling Awami League (AL) General Secretary Obaidul Quader today said AL will welcome the new polarization in politics ahead of the national election.

"The process of forging an alliance by political parties ahead of the parliament election is a new polarization in politics," he told reporters after addressing an anti-drug seminar at the Daffodil University auditorium in city's Dhanmondi.

Quader said happening meetings among different parties is a beauty of politics.

"I think, it's a new polarization in politics and it's a good sign," he said.

Quader said the election is a matter of strategies and all parties can take strategies to win the polls.

Awami League has faith in the mass people as they are the real friends of the party, the minister added.
