7 new foreign missions get nod

The cabinet today approved seven new diplomatic missions in Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, India, Romania, Sudan and Sierra Leone.
These new missions will be at Kabul, Khartoum, Freetown, Bucharest, Chennai, Sydney and Toronto, Cabinet Secretary MD Safiul Alam told reporters after a cabinet meeting headed by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Secretariat in Dhaka.
