One held with heroin, Indian Rupee

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested a man along with 1.58 kilograms of heroin and 2 lakh Indian Rupee from Narendrapur Monnapara in Chapainawabganj on Monday morning.
Tipped off, a team of the elite force conducted the drive around 7am and arrested Md Alam, 42, son of Lutfar Rahman of Hakimpur, along with the heroin worth Tk one crore and the Indian rupee, said Rab-5 camp commander Mohammad Syed Abdullah Al-Murad.
