1 killed in Chuadanga road accident

A man was killed in a road accident at Osmanpur village in Alamdanga upazila on Thursday night.
Police said the accident took place when a sugarcane-laden tractor knocked down a bi-cycle around 8 pm, leaving the bi-cycle rider Amriul, son of Sona Sheikh, hailing from Kushtia district, dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to morgue for autopsy, said officer-in-charge of Alamdanga Police Station Jihad Fakhrul Alam.
