2 killed in Sirajganj road crash

Two people were killed and a another was injured as a truck hit another stationary one on Banghabandhu Bridge West road in Konabari area of Kamarkhanda upazila early Friday.
The deceased were identified as Golam Mostafa, 27, son of Anisar Rahman of Ulatta village and Ekhlas, son of late Abed Ali,a resident of Shikor village of Kahalu upazila in Bogra village.
Mohammad Daud, officer-in-charge of Banghabandhu Bridge West Police Station, said that the accident took place around 5am when the truck hit the stationary truck in front of Konabari Shahidul Bulbul College, leaving Mostafa and Ekhlas dead on the spot and truck driver Abu Bakkar injured.
