7 killed as nor'wester lashes Nilphamari

Seven people have been killed in a nor’wester in Domar and Jaldhaka Upazila of Nilphamari district.
The Nor'wester lashed on the districts on Thursday night.
The deceased were identified as Goni Mia, 40, of Gomnati union, Afijar Rahman, 40, of Ketkibari union, Khodeja Begum,50, and Jamirul Islam, 12 of Vogdabari union of Domra upazila.
Sumaiya ,30, Sumaiya's 3-month old daughter, Moni, of Khuchimada village and Ashikur Rahman, 22, son of Mominur Rahman of East Shimulbari village of Jaldhaka upazila.
Confirming the news, Dimla Upazila UNO Nazmun Nahar said they are making list of the affected people.
