IED expert of JMB held from Uttara

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) today claimed to have arrested a Improvised Explosive Device (IED) expert of Sarwar-Tamim group of banned Islamist outfit Jama’atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) in Uttara of Dhaka.

The detainee, Mushfiq Martin Jeny, was held with a huge cache of IEDs and remote controlled devices, according to a text message floated to the media by Rab.

A press briefing will be held in this regard at Rab Media Centre at Karwan Bazar later in the day.
