Bullet-hit body found in Brahmanbaria

Police recovered a bullet-hit body of a man from Moniondo union of Akhaura upazila on Saturday morning.
The identity of the deceased, aged about 40 years, could not be ascertained yet.
Mosharraf Hossain, officer-in-charge of Akhaura Police Station, said that locals spotted the body on the embankment of a pond adjacent to Moniondo High School of the union around 8:30 am and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body around 9:30 am.
The body bore four bullet marks on his chest, the OC added.
