Man sued over PM’s photo distortion on Facebook

A case was filed against a man of Mohammadpur upazila under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act for allegedly posting the distorted photos of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Facebook.

Upazila Awami League joint secretary Md Lulu Mia filed a case against Alim Molla, son of Moyen Uddin Molla of Jhagordia village, after his denial of removal the post, said Tarikul Islam, officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur Police Station.

Later, police searched his house and seized the computer and found many photos and information in this regard.

Police have started drive in different areas to arrest Alim Molla.
