5 held with 200 gold bars in Dohar

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) today detained five people with 200 gold bars weighing around 24kg from Dohar upazila of Dhaka.
Identities of the detainees could not be known yet.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-11 recovered the gold bars and detained the five for illegal possession of the gold bars, said Alep Uddin, senior assistant director of Rab-11.
A press conference will be held in this regard later in the day.
