Barrister Tapash buys Awami League nomination

Lawmaker Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Tapash has purchased on the Awami League ticket a nomination form to contest the forthcoming Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) elections.

On Wednesday afternoon, Morshed Kamal, on behalf of Tapash, bought the form from the Dhanmondi office of AL Leader Sheikh Hasina in the capital.

In addition to Tapash, Haji Mohammad Salim, lawmaker from the Dhaka-7 area, and Md Nazmul Haque, president of the Bangabandhu Academy, also collected nomination forms for the DSCC election.

The ruling Awami League started circulating nomination from it earlier in the morning.
