National School & College Taekwondo begin

The Trust Bank National School & College Taekwondo Competition began at the National Sports Council gymnasium here on Wednesday.
Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy inaugurated the two-day meet in the afternoon.
President of Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation Morshed Hossain Kamal and its General Secretary Mahmudul Islam Rana were also present on the occasion.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Shikder will be the chief guest at the closing function on Thursday afternoon.
Some 600 Taekwondo players from different school and colleges from all over the country are taking part in the competition.
