Rangpur Riders beat Khulna Titans by 6 wickets

Rangpur Riders picked up their fourth win in eight matches as they beat Khulna Titans by 6 wickets on Tuesday in the 25th match of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

Riders openers Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers give the team a flying start. Gayle scored 55 off 40 balls hitting two fours and five sixes while South African star AB de Villiers stroke 41 off 25 balls hammering three fours and four sixes.

Hales also contributed for the Riders to achieve the big target scoring 55 off 26 balls hammering eight fours and three sixes.

Earlier sent to bat, Khulna Titans scored 181 runs in 20 overs against the defending champions.

Khulna Titans managed only a match in their eight matches and probably they are now out of the race of the championship.
