Barcelona overcame the absence of top scorer Lionel Messi to cut Real Madrid's La Liga lead to two points with a comfortable win at Granada.

Neymar, meanwhile, moved into the elite crowd comprised of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Samuel Eto'o and Rivaldo after scoring his 100th goal for Barca in the matchup.

It was the Brazilian's 177th game for the Catalonia squad on Sunday at Los Carmenes, and he stepped up in extra time to find the twine for his goal No. 100, becoming the third player from the South American giant - after Rivaldo and Evaristo - to hit the century-mark for Barca.

Luis Suarez's exquisite lob just before half-time opened the scoring before on-loan Chelsea midfielder Jeremie Boga equalised with a composed finish.

Paco Alcacer restored Barca's lead before Uche Agbo was sent off for two yellow cards.

Ivan Rakitic's deflected finish made it 3-1 before Neymar scored the fourth.

Neymar managed to put even more icing on the cake with his 100th tally for the squad to help keep them in the running for the La Liga title in the 29th week of the tourney.
