Opening the 1st innings with bat, Sri Lanka managed to score 222 by losing all wickets in their first innings against Bangladesh in the 2nd match of a two-Test series at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Thursday.

Abdur Razzak and Taijul Islam bag four wickets respectively for Bangladesh.

Earlier, Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first against Bangladesh in the series decider.

Bangladesh has brought couple of changes in their eleven with returning Sabbir Rahman to replace Mosaddek Hossain while veteran left-arm spinner Abdur Razzak, who played his last Test in February 2014 (also against Sri Lanka), got place as Sunzamul Islam has been dropped.

The void left behind by Shakib Al Hasan's absence, especially in the bowling department, needed fixing and the Tigers' have gone for the experience of Razzak, who only recently became the first bowler from the country to 500 first-class wickets.

Akila Dananjaya has been handed a Test debut for Sri Lanka ahead of left-arm wrist-spinner Lakshan Sandakan. Lahiru Kumara also makes way for an extra batsman in Danushka Gunathilaka.

Bangladesh best XI: Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad (captain), Liton Kumar Das, Sabbir Rahman, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Abdur Razzak, Taijul Islam and Mustafizur Rahman.

Sri Lanka best XI: Dimuth Karunaratne, Kusal Mendis, Dhananjaya de Silva, Roshen Silva, Dinesh Chandimal (captain), Niroshan Dickwella, Danushka Gunathilaka, Dilruwan Perera, Akila Dananjaya, Rangana Herath and Suranga Lakmal.
