West Indies win toss, choose to bat against Afghanistan

West Indies won the toss and elected to bat first against Afghanistan in 42nd match of the ICC Cricket World Cup at at Headingley, Leeds on Thursday.

Afghanistan have lost eight matches in this tournament - the most by any team in a single edition of World Cup.

West Indies made two changes Evin Lewis in for Sunil Ambris, and Kemar Roach for Shannon Gabriel

Afghanistan replaced Sayed Shirzad and Dawlat Zadran for Hamid Hassan, Hashmatullah.
